The High Hardness Wear-Resistant 3Cr13 Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Plate is a martensitic stainless steel that uniquely combines good corrosion resistance with high hardness and impressive wear resistance. Designated as 3Cr13, its name indicates a medium carbon content (approximately 0.30%) and about 13% Chromium.

Typical Applications:

Mining: Truck beds, loader buckets, chutes, hoppers.

Construction: Excavator blades, crusher liners, conveyor screws.

Material Handling: Dump liners, screener plates, shredder components.

Agriculture: Plow blades, harvester parts.

Common Grades & Hardness Levels:

AR400 (~400 HB): A good balance of hardness and formability for moderate abrasion and impact.

AR450 (~450 HB): Higher hardness for increased abrasion resistance.

AR500 (~500 HB): The premium choice for extreme abrasion, though slightly less formable.

Substrate: Low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel, providing strength, toughness, and ductility.

Wear-resistant layer: High-hardness alloy, providing wear resistance; typically 1/3 to 1/2 of the total thickness.
